APC approves TIF district



Carroll County Area Plan Commission unanimously approved the proposed Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) District for 60 acres known as the “South Delphi Development Area” at a recent meeting. The measure was recommended by the county redevelopment commission and presented by attorney for the group, Barry Emerson. The Eel River Tribe of Indiana, Inc., has learned that it has been awarded a federal grant in the amount of $174,866.04 to provide a new emergency alert system in Miami County.
