Cases filed by the State of Indiana against the following were dismissed, Mark Grammer, Dustin L. Prater, Elizabeth Davis, Wanda Hefner, Marie A. Hadley, Lauren E. Cetera, David A. Kauffman, Xavier Stevenson, Candace Spence, Weston L. Wagoner, Kimberly Overton, Keith D. Faulstich, Peggy L. Shoemaker.

In State of Indiana vs. Travis J. Shaffer, Logansport, the defendant plead guilty to Count I, check deception. He was sentenced to a fine of $100, suspended and was ordered to pay $156 in court costs.

In State of Indiana vs. Jane A. Hollenbeck, 44, Frankfort, the defendant plead guilty to Count III, possession of paraphernalia and was sentenced to one year, suspended and one year probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Robert D. Perry, 47, Delphi, the defendant plead guilty to Count II, battery resulting in bodily injury and was sentenced to one year, suspended and one year probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Nathan F. Lear, 20, Delphi, the defendant plead guilty to Count I, maintaining a common nusiance; Count I, illegal consumption. He was sentenced to 180 days, suspended, and 60 days, suspended, and one year probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Dustin M. Lane, 23, Delphi, the defendant plead guilty to Count II, possession of paraphernalia and was sentenced to two years, suspended, and two years of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Brett W. Sandifur, 24, Delphi, the defendant plead guilty to Count I, battery and was sentenced to 180 days, suspended, and one year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Lauren E. Bowman, 19, Delphi, it was reported that the defendant had previously plead guilty to Count I, reckless possession of marijuana, but the actual plea was Count I, reckless possession of paraphernalia.

In State of Indiana vs. Michael Morrison, 35, Peru, the defendant plead guilty to Count I, driving while suspended and was sentenced to 180 days, suspended, and one year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Timothy A. Taylor, 51, Cutler, the defendant plead guilty to Count I, operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 180 days, suspended, and one year probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Joseph J. Bailey, 22, Delphi, the defendant plead guilty to Count II, disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 180 days, with 172 days suspended and 357 days of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Jeremy S. Butler, 26, Flora, the defendant plead guilty to Count I, public intoxication and was sentenced to 180 days, suspended, and one year of probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Scott A. Barnhart, 25, Monticello, the defendant plead guilty to Count I, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person and was sentenced to 180 days, suspended, and one year probation.

In State of Indiana vs. Steven J. Cubert, 26, Delphi, the defendant plead guilty to Count II, operating while intoxicated with prior conviction and was sentenced to one and a half years, suspended, and one and a half years probation.

In Steven J. Bradbury vs. John Bordner and Joanna Bordner, it was ordered that the plaintiff recover from the defendant the sum of $5,000 together with $80 court costs.

A default judgment and foreclosure decree was ordered in Bright National Bank vs. Larry D. Hunt and Opal L. A. Hunt et al.

The following cases were dismissed: Jama L. Barker vs. Scott Roberts, Stephen Busch vs. Dominque Shanks.

A default judgment was ordered in the sum of $90,318.37 in U.S. Bank vs. Kenneth Coomer.

Wage garnishment was ordered in RTS Industries, Inc. vs. Robert L. King.

In Argent Healthcare Financial vs. Karen I. Masters, the court ruled in favor of the plaintiff for $224.52 and $70 court costs. New Filings

The following are the misdemeanor charges filed by the Carroll County prosecutor on behalf of the State of Indiana.

Dane V. Wolfe was charged with Count I, domestic battery; Count II, operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator.

David L. Kelly was charged with Count I, residential entry; Count II, criminal trespass; Count III, battery resulting in bodily injury.

Jeremy W. Davidson was charged with driving while suspended.

Kimberly A. Henderson was charged with failure to stop after an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle.

Robert L. Dinger was charged with Count I, public intoxication; Count II, resisting law enforcement.

Kimberly Isley was charged with driving while suspended.

Joel Hernandez was charged with Count I, public intoxication; Count II, no valid license.

William E. Duff was charged with Count I, possession of controlled substance; Count II, possession of controlled substance.

Jacob A. Wright was charged with Counts I, II, III, theft.

Todd J. Crider was charged with Counts I, II, III, theft.

Shawn L. Kelly was charged with Count I, residential entry; Count II, criminal trespass; Count III, battery resulting in bodily injury.

Lee M. Walty was charged with Counts I, II, III, receiving stollen property.

Robert J. Knoth was charged with invasion of privacy.

Bryan R. Pancake was charged with Count I, possession of marijuana; Count II, possession of paraphernalia.

Eric Sisson was charged with possession of marijuana.

Elizabeth Davis was charged with Counts I, II, III, check deception.

Erika R. Thomison was charged with check deception.

Christy A. Horton was charged with check deception.

John Reed was charged with illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage.

James A. Cripe was charged with driving while suspended.

Victor Humphrey was charged with Count I, driving while suspended; Count II, speeding.

Kyle A. Johnston was charged with Count I, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; Count II, possession of marijuana;

Count III, possession of

paraphernalia.
