Area schools all start classes the first full week of August


Registration information for the 2019-2020 school year in the Rossville Consolidated School District were either mailed or emailed. Those who have not received a letter or an email will need to plan to attend an On-Site registration date.

On-site registration will be: Thursday and Friday, July 25- 26, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. both days.

New students in grades 6-12 need to set up an appointment with Mrs. Woodruff at or by calling (765) 379-2551, ext. 304, and leave a message.

Sixth-grade orientation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, in the auxiliary gym.

An Open House will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Aug. 1.

Teacher Day will be Friday, Aug. 2, and the first day of classes for students will be Monday, Aug. 5.


Delphi Community School Corporation (DCSC) began open online registration July 19. On-site registration will be held Wednesday, July 31, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The first day of classes for students for the 2019-20 school year is Thursday, Aug. 8. Book rental fees are due on or before Aug. 8.

School offices will be open on Monday, July 29. Also on July 29, high school freshman orientation (grade 9) will be held from 5 to 7 p.m.


Student registration for Carroll Consolidated Schools will be Monday and Tuesday, July 29 and 30. Due to construction, registration for all students will take place at the Elementary School.

On July 29 registration hours will be from 1 to 7 p.m. Registration hours on July 30 will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration may also be done online at “” by accessing Harmony.

The first day of school will be Wednesday, Aug. 7. A corporation meeting will be held Aug. 5 and a teacher workday on Aug. 6.

Twin Lakes

Twin Lakes School Corporation (TLSC) is registering students for the 2019-2020 school year this week.

Parents/guardians of students who attended TLSC during the 2018-2019 school year can update registration information through the corporation’s online student data system. If parents have misplaced their login information, they may contact school offices between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

New students to the Corporation may register at the high school in the cafeteria on July 24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or July 25 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Kindergarten students who participated in Kindergarten Roundup do not need to attend registration.

The first student day for the 2019-2020 school year will be Monday, Aug. 12.
