Bicentennial monument project is under way



Construction began Friday on the Bicentennial Monument east of Delphi honoring Indiana’s 200th anniversary of statehood. The monument, sponsored by Heartland Heritage Inc., will become part of the large Deer Creek Bicentennial Park which continues developing.
