Digging for treasure at Moonlight Madness

The rain came Saturday for Flora’s Moonlight Madness, just like it has the past few years, but not before attendees got in a few hours of fun. The day started with garage sales throughout town, into Bringhurst and beyond. Activities downtown began late afternoon. Flora Lions Club served up porkburgers and tenderloins and had the shake trailer open. Other food items, apparel and novelties were available for purchase as well. Entertainment was provided by DJ Bill Shidler and Center Stage dancers from Delphi, whose performance included some audience participation. The hay dig for candy and coins, seen above, was a popular attraction in the Kidz Zone. The annual event is sponsored by the Flora Community Club. Comet photo. See page 2A for additional photos
