Jennifer Harrison, 43, Cutler, pled guilty to theft and was sentenced to 180 days in jail. All of that was suspended and she will spend a year on probation.

Joel Fransisco, 22, Logansport, will pay a fine after his plea of guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Robert N. Spurgeon, 35, Kokomo, pled guilty to operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator and had all of his 545 days in jail suspended for probation.

Filiberto Martinez, 57, Delphi, pled his charge of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license down to no valid operator’s license and will pay a fine.

Angie Picazo, 46, Logansport, will pay a fine after his plea of guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

The following cases were dismissed: Eric Clampitt and Amber Clampitt vs. Daniel R. Bell, Spyke’s Motorcycles Inc. and Spykes’s Clinton County Harley-Davidson; Synchrony Bank vs. Clayton Julian; TD Bank USA N.A. vs. Dana L. Balcazar a/k/a Dana L. Disotell a/k/a Don Disotell; and David Knop and Mellisa Knop vs. Larry Frye.
