Alan Cunningham, 20, pled guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor and was sentenced to two years and 180 days in jail to be served consecutively to another Carroll County case. In that case he was found to be in violation of the terms of his probation and was sentenced to 363 days in jail.
Heather A. Mock, 22, pled guilty to neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury and was sentenced to five years in jail with three years suspended.
