The following were charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license: Rhonda Mayhill; James Hilliard; and Augusto J. Sebastian-Diego.

David W. Miller was charged with possession of paraphernalia.

The following Pearson’s Gas civil cases were dismissed by the court: vs. Amanda George; vs. Shannon Monroe; and vs. Darrell Weather.

The following Horizon Veterinary Services civil cases were dismissed by the court: vs. Desiree Bushman; vs. Kyle Case; and vs. Gale and Susie Wright.

The following Carroll County Tire civil cases were dismissed by the court: vs. Doug Abdon; vs. Sara Harter; vs. D.J. McKinney; vs. Jeremy Hughes; vs. Pat Bosley; vs. Melissa Freels; vs. James Fish; and vs. Gary Bosley.

Michael J. Isley, 26, Delphi, pled guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury. He will serve a year on probation in lieu of a year in jail.

Jeremy W. Krug, 25, Rossville, pled guilty to domestic battery. He was sentenced to a year in jail with 359 days suspended for probation.

Joshua Josleyn, 19, Delphi, pled guilty to illegal consumption and two counts of public intoxication. He will serve 180 days in jail.

Ryan D. Hatke, 35, Flora, pled guilty to criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended for probation.

John H. Slocum, 54, Idaville, had his charge reduced to no valid operator’s license. He will pay a fine and costs.

The following cases were dismissed by the State of Indiana: vs. Kaitlyn B. Capitanio, 18, Flora; vs. William L. Trueblood Jr., 33, Fowler; vs. Eddie D. Brumbaugh, 46, Camden; vs. Dustin M. Furr, 30, West Lafayette; and vs. Brandon C. Williamson, 20, Flora.

Alexis Langley, 34, Kokomo, pled guilty to theft and was sentenced to 545 days in jail with all but two days suspended. She will serve 543 days on probation. $900 will be paid in restitution.

Julia M. Sass, 29, Delphi, pled guilty to domestic battery. She was sentenced to a year in jail with all but two days suspended. She will serve 363 days on probation.

The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other penalties for convictions related to alcohol and/or drugs: Russell M. Carter Jr., 46, Flora; Christopher A. White, 28, Delphi; and Royce A. Smith, 42, Delphi.

Willis L.G. Harvard, 20, Kokomo, pled guilty to driving while suspended. He was sentenced to a year in jail with all but two days suspended. She will serve 363 days on probation.

Joshua Josleyn, 19, Delphi, plea guilty to criminal trespass. He was sentenced to one year in jail with 359 days suspended. He will serve 359 days on probation and had another case dismissed.

Bank of America N.A. dismissed their case against Beth A. Moore a/k/a Beth Ann Moore.
