Chuck and Ruth Ann Coppock recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.

Faith Lutheran Church will have Ash Wednesday Service at the church on Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. All are welcome.

On Feb. 27 there will be a community potluck lunch at Faith Lutheran Church. Those attending are asked to bring a dish to share. All are welcome. The meal will begin at 12 noon.

During the Lenten season Faith Lutheran Church will have its weekly Wednesday evening Holden Prayer Service. A light supper will be served at 6 p.m., followed by the worship at 7 p.m. This week it will be “Forty Days with Noah.”

The Golden Girls met recently at The Dinner Bell in Burlington. The birthday of Pat Burnham was celebrated with a cake made by Dot Fulton. Those attending were Mary Blue of Cutler, Joan Jones of Thorntown, Dot Fulton and Marilyn Hile of Deer Creek and Betty Gordon of Logansport.
