Lynde commits to Purdue


Oracle wrestling standout Tanner Lynde has signed a national letter of intent to continue his post high school wrestling career at Purdue University. Lynde is undefeated on the season at 41-0 and is ranked #1 in the state in the 182-pound weight class. During his high school career Lynde has been a four-time Hoosier Conference Champion and has qualified for the State Wrestling Meet each year. In 2011 he finished third in the State Meet. En route to this year’s State Meet, Lynde pinned all three of his opponents to claim the championship at 180 at Saturday’s Lafayette Jeff Sectional.
