Maxine Snider, Max Snider and Terry Snider filed a complaint against Brandon McIlrath.
Linda Austin filed a complaint against Kenneth Randolph.
Frances Shull-Britton filed a complaint against James Kennedy.
Frances Shull-Britton and Denise Brightman filed a complaint against Will Burroughs.
Carroll County Tire filed complaints against the following: Bree Wilson; Eric Miller; Travis Miller; and Bradley Dishond.
Rae Ann O’Shay was charged with assisting a criminal and possession of paraphernalia.
Christopher A. White was charged with possession of a schedule I, II, III or IV controlled substance, OVWI with a prior conviction, OVWI endangering, OVWI and operating a vehicle with a schedule I or II controlled substance or its metabolite in a person’s body.
Garth D. Lybrook and Charles A. Grigsby were each charged with illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor.
Matthew J. Lowery was charged with OVWI endangering, OVWI and open alcoholic beverage container during the operation of a motor vehicle.
Michael J. Isley was charged with battery resulting in bodily injury.
Jaymin L. Echeverria and Luther A. Martin were each charged with failure to respond to a summons.

The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other penalties for convictions related to alcohol and/or drugs: Christopher A. Wallar, 29, Logansport; Pedro Flores, 36, Lafayette; Edward T. Downen, 19, Monticello; Chris L. Conner, 40, Delphi; Cesar Cervantes, 20, Delphi; Shannon E. Adair, 33, Delphi, with a second case dismissed due to a plea agreement; Henry M. Bridges IV, 23, Delphi; Luis A. Romero Perez, 28, Frankfort; Teena Williams, 26, Flora; and John S. Waldrup, 73, Avon.
The following cases brought by the State of Indiana were dismissed: Caroline P. Riehle, 21, Lafayette; and Julie A. Blackburn, 39, Camden; Catherine R. Dobson, 37, Frankfort.
Jamie L. Heazeltine, 46, Monticello, had her charge reduced to operating with a valid license and will pay a fine.
Leonel Gonzales, 31, Delphi, pled guilty to resisting law enforcement and will serve 334 days on probation after those days were suspended from the jail sentence of 360 days.
Amanda R. Wright, 23, Monticello, pled guilty to theft. She received one year and 180 days in jail with all by two days suspended. She will serve the balance on probation. She will also pay $626 to her victims.
