The Cougars jumped out to a 3-0 lead when Ruby finished off a pass from Atkisson at the 19:59 to go mark. Just over one minute later, Simmons got his second goal of the game as he slipped past the defense on an assist from Justin Willoughby to give the Cougars a 4-0 lead.
