The Rev. Ray H. and Betty J. French, 2801 N. 930 W., Lot 9, Delphi, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a cake and punch reception on Sunday. The event, hosted by their family, will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. at Honan Hall at East Monroe and Union streets in Delphi.

French and the former Betty J. Secrest were married Sept. 10, 1960.

He is a minister who formerly served churches in Camden, Oak Hill, W.Va., and Salem, W. Va.

They have four children, Ronald French of Delphi, Gregory French (wife: Pam) of Camden, Rhonda Stembaugh and Michael French (wife: Robin), both of Lafayette; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
