Michael J. Lane Jr., 28, Rockfield was convicted of domestic battery. He received three years in Department Correction, two suspended, and two years of supervised probation.
Brian L Ward, 18, Bringhurst was convicted of possession of marijuana and battery. He received 365 days in jail, suspended, and 365 days of supervised probation for each count.
Carlan W. Wells, 45, Delphi was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated-endangering a person and failure to stop after accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle. He received 365 days in jail, with all but four days suspended, and 361 days of supervised probation for the first count and 60 days in jail, suspended, and 361 days of supervised probation for the second count.
Jorge Cacahu, 24, Warrenville, Ill., was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He received 20 days in jail.
The following causes were dismissed with prejudice: State vs. Amanda J. Ennis; vs. Justin L. Dicks and Jacquelyn M. Vogt.
Jesse Norris, 29, Monticello, was convicted of domestic battery. He received three years in Department of Correction with all but 182 days suspended, and two years and 183 days of supervised probation.
