Aug. 27, 11:30 a.m. – Information, 111 W. Franklin St., Apt. #2. Randy Burge reported damage to an apartment by an evicted tenant. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Aug. 28, 8:30 a.m. – Theft, 216 W. Front St. Duane Flora reported his daughter’s mountain bike stolen. Bernhardt investigated.

Aug. 28 – Theft, 303 W. Main St. Store was entered and 3 Monster Energy drinks were taken. Bernhardt investigated.

Aug. 28, 8:14 p.m. – Identity deception, N. Indiana. Report taken. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Aug. 28, 8:53 p.m. – Intimidation. N. Indiana St. Report taken. Kent investigated.

Sept. 1, 2:50 p.m. – Theft, 421 N. Wilson St. James Wilson reported a bicycle stolen from his residence. Bernhardt investigated.

Aug. 27, 1:45 a.m. – Probation violation, 905 S. Jackson St., Burlington. Joshua Bagwell, 25, allegedly consumed alcoholic beverages, violating the terms of his county probation status. Deputy Spencer Kingery investigated.

Aug. 29, 11:54 a.m. – Theft, 7522N. 1250W., Monticello. Elmer Wilson reported theft of cash. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

Aug. 29, 9 a.m. – Criminal mischief, 6207W. 650S., Rossville. A mailbox owned by James Lewis was believed to be blown up by fireworks. Randle investigated.

Aug. 30, 9:45 a.m. – Criminal information, Monticello. Maj. Tobe Leazenby.

Aug. 30, 12:10 p.m. – Dog bite, 10769W. 400N., Delphi. Ruth VanMatre reported being bitten by a dog belonging to Kim Scroggs as she rode her bike past the residence. Leazenby investigated.

Aug. 30, 8:21 p.m. – Medical response, Burlington. Responded to an alleged overdose of prescription medication by a male, 24, who was transported to the hospital for a mental health evaluation. Deputy Jay Schimmel investigated.

Aug. 30, 1:40 p.m. – Theft, 10573 N. Earl Ave., Monticello. Tools owned by Rick Morris were stolen from his shed. Sheriff Tony Burns investigated.

Aug. 31, 8 a.m. – Intimidation and probation violation, 905 S. Jackson St., Burlington. After responding to a report of a physical altercation, Joshua Bagwell, 25, was arrested and jailed. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

Aug. 31, 8:35 a.m. – Theft, 6316S. Prince William Rd., Cutler. A riding mower owned by Joe Ward was stolen from his barn. Leazenby investigated.

Aug. 31, 8:37 a.m. – Burglary, Owasco. Wayne Remaley reported someone gained entry into his barn but nothing appeared to have been taken. Leazenby investigated.

Aug. 31, 2 p.m. – Criminal mischief, 1077W. 350N., Camden. A mailbox owned by James Tarnowski was damaged and his mail tampered. Mullin investigated.

Aug. 31, 11:30 a.m. – Burglary, 5345E. 800S., Frankfort. Gloria Rice reported entry to her residence and property taken. Mullin investigated.

Aug. 11, 5:12 a.m. – US421 near CR1100. Joseph A. Lottes, 41, Monticello, and Roger L. Homeier, 52, West Lafayette. Deputy Jason Dunning responded.

Aug. 12, 8:15 p.m. – CR900W. at CR1100N. Steven E. Storey, 17, and Aaron C. Tatman, 21, both of Monticello. Kingery responded.
