APC issued 26 permits

Comet staff report

Carroll County Area Plan Commission issued 26 permits during August for improvements amounting to $2,903,099.

Residence permits were issued to:

Jefferson Twp. – John and Marilyn Crowel, 1-story home.

Monroe Twp. – Cullan Eikenberry, home with garage.

Tippecanoe Twp. – Neil L. Reed, residence; and Amy Elliott, residence.

Accessories/non-traditional permits were issued to:

Burlington Twp. – Bradley Crum, pole barn.

Camden – Wade Rogers, replace exist 12x21 w/new back porch.

Clay Twp. – Steve Senger, tool shed; Lynn Skiles, tool shed; and Jordan Mulligan, tool shed.

Delphi – Bob and Kathy Kendall, change roof pitch; Ron and Deborah Brown, remodel and convert to garage; Larry and Susan Hitchcock, 12x8 deck to existing porch; Sabine Mills, above-ground pool; and Fernanado Trevino, lean-to to garage.

Demcrat Twp. – Richard and Vickie Ayres, rebuild and enlarge existing porch.

Jefferson Twp. – Larry and Evelyn Burton, detached garage; Roy and Toby Chaplin, storage shed; Ralph Ramirez, upper and lower decks; and Pat and Constance Dandino, erect a office.

Liberty Twp. – Jason and Monica Scott, deck.

Rock Creek Twp. – Wes Fassnacht, home addition.

Tippecanoe Twp. – Robin and Tim Burge, rebuild/elevate home and Gary and Karen Foreman, garage.

Washington Twp. – Will Bolton, tool shed.

Commercial permits were issued to:

Clay Twp. – Kova Ag. Products Inc., seed warehouse.

Delphi – Delphi Community School Corp., science classroom.

Bolivar Bluff second subdivision preliminary plat (6 lots), $220.

Jeff Stankard – special exception application, $60.

Jeff Watson – Delphi ordinance book, $10.

Total value of permits issued in August was $2,903,099.

Total collected from permits in August was $4,134, while total money collected was $4,424.
