Kiwanis Club will meet at 7:30 a.m. Saturday for breakfast and meeting at the fire station.

Classy Classics E.H. Club will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the home of Mary Bush.

Town Council will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the town hall.

The annual Fall Festival is just around the corner – Sept. 17, 18 and 19. A festival queen will be crowned Sept. 15 during the annual contest to be held at 7 p.m. in the Community Building. A new Little Mister and Miss will be crowned at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 16 in the Community Building.

The Overtones will perform at the Community Worship Service on Sept. 19. Dave Osborne will be speaker.

The United Methodist Church is taking donations of baked items for the bake sale to be held during the Fall Festival.

Crossroads Community Christian Church will have a picnic Sunday at the church.

Adult Game Night will be observed Sept. 16 at Faith Church of Christ.

The First Brethren Church is collecting coats for the Fall Festival Coat Give-away.
