BURLINGTON FALL FESTIVAL will be Sept. 17-19 at the Community Park. Highlights of the three-day event include entertainment, parade, vendors, food, karaoke contest, and community church service. A festival queen will be crowned at 7 p.m. on Sept. 15 and a new Prince and Princess at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 16. Both contests will be held in the Community Park Building.

HOW TO ADOPT CHILDREN IN THE INDIANA ADOPTION PROGRAM, sponsored by the Indiana Department of Child Services and the Indiana Foster Care and Adoption Association, will be presented today, Wednesday, from 10 a.m. until noon at the Frankfort Public Library.
