Aug. 17, 8 p.m. – Criminal mischief, 6242E. 350S., Bringhurst. Mailbox owned by Aaron Cottrell was damaged. Deputy Spencer Kinger investigated.
Aug. 17, 9:50 p.m. – Leaving the scene of a property damage accident, CR700W. near CR625N. Responded to a report of a pick-up rolled in a cornfield. No one found in or near the truck. Kingery investigated.
Aug. 19, 3:40 p.m. – Leaving the scene of a property damage accident, 5838W. 260S., Delphi. A semi tractor-trailer knocked down Duke Energy electrical wiring connected to a meter box affixed to the home of Don Robeson II. Driver Ben Roberts, Monrovia, was located and questioned. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.
Aug. 20, 7:15 p.m. – Domestic battery, Monticello. Elizabeth Weaver, 21, Monticello, was arrested. Kingery investigated.
Aug. 22, 4:50 p.m. – Domestic battery, Monticello. Michael Harrison, 36, was arrested. Reserve Deputy J.D. Cree investigated.
Aug. 23, 9:57 a.m. – Public intoxication, Adams Mill parking lot. Jose Luiz, 27, Flora, was arrested and jailed. Leazenby investigated.
Aug. 23, 11:50 a.m. – Theft, French Post Park. Registration from the glove box and renewal sticker from the license plate owned by Chad Mason were taken. Leazenby investigated.
Aug. 25, 12:56 p.m. – Information report, Camden. Individuals known to the homeowner gained entry and vandalized the home’s interior. Leazenby investigated.
Aug. 26, 9:16 a.m. – Burglary, 10877N. 950W., Monticello. Property owned by Mike Milligan was stolen from his garage. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.
Property Damage
Aug. 17, 9:49 p.m. – CR700W. near CR625N. Kim D. Groniger, 54, Delphi was cited for a misdemeanor after leaving the scene of a crash in which the vehicle overturned. Kingery responded.
Aug. 18, 1:40 p.m. – 411 Howard St,, Delphi. Benjamin D. Bonsett, 27, Logansport. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.
Aug. 23, 9:11 a.m. – CR1150W. near CR725N. Jerry R. Jones, 39, Delphi. Randle responded.
Aug. 24, 10:40 a.m. – CR1100N. near CR500W. Edwin J. Oilar, 56, Monticello. Leazenby responded.
Aug. 27, 3:45 a.m. – CR800W. near CR500S. Chase Z. Brummett, 22, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of OWI and endangering. Driver refused treatment at the scene, however he was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital by a deputy. K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett responded.
