The governor’s office is now accepting applications for Judge of the Carroll Superior Court to replace the Honorable Judge Jeffrey R. Smith, who will resign effective Oct. 4.

All applications must be completed and returned by close of business Sept. 13 to the governor’s office. Recommendation letters for the vacancy are also being accepted until Sept. 13.
