Motorcycle ride benefits local food pantry


Delphi United Methodist Church sponsored its second annual Benefit Motorcycle Ride to help the Carroll County Food Pantry on Saturday. Mike Isley, a member of DUMC, planned the 65-mile ride which began at the church, traveled north around Lake Shaffer through Buffalo then back to Delphi on the Towpath Road, ending at the Riley Park. The entire ride lasted one hour and 45 minutes with 28 bikers, participating. They collected $361 for the Food Pantry.
