Indiana Beach Amusement Resort, Monticello, will hold its first annual “We Will Survive” fundraiser to benefit the American Cancer Society. The event will be held on Sept. 11. Resort hours will be from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the traditional ACS Luminaria Walk starting at 9 p.m. on Indiana Beach’s famed Boardwalk fronting Lake Shafer.

Cancer survivors are invited to enjoy Indiana Beach Amusement Resort and the Ideal Beach Water Park for free while family, friends and supports will pay just $20 per person for unlimited ride and water park access. A portion of the proceeds from the purchased ride and water park passes will go to the American Cancer Society.

In addition to the regular rides, games and food, the streets of the resort will also be filled with live music, sports celebrities, health awareness booths and special prize drawings throughout the day.
