Fundraiser helps Chamber


The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce hosted its second annual Evening of Elegance fundraiser Friday evening at the Wabash & Erie Canal Conference Center in Delphi. Approximately 120 attended. Chamber member Custom Select Meats of Delphi catered the meal. Auctioneer Dwaine Ward led the live auction that raised $883.
