Doug and Vicky Walker of Lafayette and Lori Carte of Delphi announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebecca L. Walker, of Delphi to Jesse D. Heise of Camden. He is the son of Samuel and Jean Heise of Rockfield.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Delphi Community High School. She is employed as first clerk with the Carroll County Auditor’s Office in Delphi.

Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Delphi Community High School. He is employed with Donaldson in Frankfort.

An Oct. 9 wedding is being planned.
