Church honors 50+ marriages

Bringhurst United Methodist Church recently honored nine couples at a dinner celebrating
their long marriages. All have been married more than 50 years and are still
very active members of the church. They were recognized during the worship service,
and their wedding pictures were displayed on a poster. Music from the 1950s was played
during the dinner. This year the couples have been married from 51 to 56 years. Pictured
