Conda J. Switzer, 40, Flora, was convicted of failure to return to scene after accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.
Starla G. Engles, 37, Delphi, was convicted of driving while suspended. She was sentenced to 270 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.
James A. Heath, 40, of West Lafayette was convicted of driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.
Lisa M. Wright, 38, Delphi was fined $10 plus court costs for operating without a valid license in possession.
Shawn D. Smith, 19, North Judson, was convicted of check deception and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but five days suspended and 355 days of supervised probation for the first count; 365 days in jail, suspended; and one year of supervised probation for the second count.
Bresned O. Morales Bojorquez, 31, Lafayette, was convicted of driving while suspended. He was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.
Joseph L. Garza, 22, Lafayette, was convicted of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and 351 days of supervised probation for each count.
