Feb. 26, 7:41 p.m. – Runaway, N. Washington St. Juvenile located Feb. 28 in Frankfort with another runaway. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

Feb. 28, 11:15 a.m.- Runaway, W. Main St. Report taken and entered into IDACS/NCIC. Juvenile later returned home and removed from system. McCain investigated.

March 3, 5:25 p.m. – Property damage, alley behind Citgo. Carrington E. Wallace, 16, Flora. Officer Shane Bernhardt responded.

March 3, 7:30 p.m. – Animal bite, Vine St. Scott Lafond, 46, Delphi. Kent investigated.

March 4 – Property damage, 175N. 800W. Sandra Kibler, 44, Delphi, and Alisa D. Baxter, 34, Rossville. Bernhardt responded.

March 5, 11:50 a.m. – Criminal mischief, DCMS. Personal laptop computer owned by Darcy Varda was allegedly knocked to the floor and broken by a male student who was upset with the teacher. Officer Alex Parkinson investigated.

Feb. 21, 2:10 a.m. – OWI/possession of a controlled substance, Bicycle Bridge Rd and CR1150W. Mackenzie Spencer, 22, Lafayette, was arrested. Levy investigated.

Feb. 21, 5:10 p.m. – Ordinance violation, 11548N. US421, Monticello. Responded to report by Bryan Cunningham regarding county nuisance ordinance violations. Sheriff Tony Burns investigated.

Feb. 22, 3:58 p.m. – Burglary, 10561 W. Horseshoe Bend Rd., Brookston. Home owned by Thomas Kruk was burglarized and cash was stolen. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 23, 9:19 a.m. – Theft, 7614S. 450W., Rossville. Anhydrous ammonia was siphoned from tanks owned by CFS Fertilizer. Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 25, 2:20 p.m. – Information report, CR1250N. CR1125W., Jefferson twp. Parts belonging to a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle were found in a ditch. Anyone missing parts, may contact the sheriff’s office. Det. Kevin Hammond investigated.

Feb. 25, 9:51 p.m. – Intimidation, 395N. 900W., Delphi. Doug Price allegedly received a threatening call from a known party. Hammond investigated.

Feb. 26, 6:27 p.m. – Possession of a controlled substance, County jail. Amanda Duvall, 26, Delphi, allegedly attempted to bring in controlled substance while being booked for two-day weekend commitment. K-9 Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

Feb. 27, 5:10 p.m. – OWI/prior convication, SR25 CR600N. Annette McCallen, 47, Marion, was arrested after 911 call alleging poor driving. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

Feb. 28, 3:25 a.m. – Possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia, 311 W. Franklin St., Delphi. James C. Gaskill, 28, and Morgan L. Fritts, 25, both of Attica, were arrested after routine traffic stop. K-9 Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

Feb. 28, 7:05 p.m. – Burglary, 7951W. 300N. Robert May reported forced entry into his home and property taken. Deputy Jason Dunning investigated.

March 2, 4 p.m. – Allowing dog to stray, 7748W. 1000N., Delphi. Greg Wyld reported neighbor’s dog continuously on his property. Dog’s owner was located and cited into court for violation. Reserve Deputy Spencer Kingery investigated.

March 3, 7:20 a.m. – Criminal mischief, 12606W. SR18, Delphi. 2001 Ford custom van for sale was damaged while sitting at the residence of Doug Willy. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

March 3, 1 p.m. – Synthetic identity deception, IPC, Delphi. Arnulfo Ortiz-Leon, 36, Logansport, was arrested after it was learned he possessed several different identities. Mullin investigated.

March 3, 3 p.m. - Synthetic identity deception, IPC, Delphi. Juan Pablo Ortiz, 22, Rossville, was arrested. Mullin investigated.

March 5, 4:51 p.m. – Battery, 3820S. 400E., Bringhurst. Officers responded to a report of alleged domestic battery. Hammond investigated.

March 5, 9:40 p.m. – Assisting another agency, 410 E. Monroe St., Delphi. Samantha Engles, 18, Delphi, and two 16-year-old males were taken into custody for underage consumption of alcohol and possession of marijuana at underage drinking and drug party. K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett investigated.

March 1, 9:05 p.m. – SR25 near CR150E. Lorne E. Pumfrey, 37, Tupperville, Ontario, Canada. Burns responded.

March 5, 7 a.m. – CR750N. at Meridian Line Rd. Jesus Fuentes, 46, Logansport, was cited for an infraction. Hammond responded.

March 7, 7 a.m. – US421 near CR800N. Sarah R. Karns, 22, Darlington, complained of back pain after being trapped in a vehicle after going into a ditch and rolling over. Hammond responded.
