Jason D. Miller, 38, was convicted of two counts of child molesting. He was sentenced to 30 years in the Department of Correction, 10 years suspended and 10 years of probation for the first count and four years in the DOC for the second count.

Summary judgment and decree of foreclosure was granted to the plaintiff in: PHH Mortgage Corp. vs. Daniel R. Boone, Sr. and Linda Kay Boone, $28,042.91.

Default judgment and decree of foreclosure was granted to the plaintiff in Citimortgage vs. Candi S. Lambert, mortgaged property in sum of $74,803.34.

Wendy M. Seibert, 44, was convicted of two counts of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance. She was sentenced to 14 years in the Department of Correction for each count.

Michael S. Martin, 29, was convicted of burglary, receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Correction for seven years, two years suspended and two years probation for count one; two years for count two and one year for count three.
