On the front page of the Carroll County Comet dated March 3, 2010, at the bottom of the page is an advertisement for a certain internet service claiming to be less money and more speed.

My wife and I have been complaining to them for over a month about how during peak hours of the day, our service is slow or none. The techs tell us that they will pass this problem onto their engineers and that somebody will give us a call back.

On the return call, we were told that at certain times of the day the system is overloaded and there is nothing they can do until more channels are added. ADD THE CHANNELS!!

Please give us an estimate when more channels are going to be added? We are not getting our money’s worth.

So much for competition in this area.
