The regularly scheduled March meeting of the CARROLL COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION has been changed to March 30 at 7 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Room of the county courthouse.

F.R.E.E.D.O.M NIGHT of Fun, Relaxing, Evening for Everyone to Dance Or Make Music will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. March 13 at the Delphi Armory.
