Taylor M. Rose was charged with maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana.

Shawn D. Smith, 19, North Judson, was convicted of check deception and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but 5 days suspended and 355 days of supervised probation for the first count and 365 days in jail, 365 days suspended and 1 year of supervised probation for the second count.

The following cause has been dismissed: State vs. Lisa D. Howe.

Zakry A. Gutierrez, 22, Delphi, was convicted of battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to one year in jail with all but eight days suspended and 357 days of supervised probation.

Jerica A. Martin, 20, Delphi, was convicted of domestic battery. She was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Nicholas L. Johnson, 24, Burlington, was convicted of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 92 days suspended, and 273 days of supervised probation.

James D. Campbell, 24, Delphi, was convicted of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

David W. Glasgow, 55, Bringhurst, was convicted of theft. He was sentenced to one year in the Department of Correction.

Nakeia N. Martin, 18, Lafayette, was convicted of illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

The State’s cause against Kenneth A. Nehrig and Kaelin H. Scharer was dismissed with prejudice.

Jonie L. Radke, 27, Brookston, was convicted of possession of marijuana, driving while suspended, and check deception. She was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation for each count.

The State’s cause against Gregory D. Hall was dismissed without prejudice.
