Feb. 4, 8:20 p.m. - Jesus E. Rosas, 40, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of battery with a deadly weapon and resisting law enforcement. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

Feb. 7, 1:09 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Alana M. Dunker, 18, Battleground, and Rachel L. Klein, West Lafayette, were arrested on suspicion of illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage by a minor. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Feb. 13, 1:14 a.m. - A vehicle driven by Ronnie L. Fish, 21, Flora, was involved in a one-car property damage crash. Bishop investigated.

Feb. 14, 11:34 a.m. - A telephone harassment report was taken at 402 S. Roosevelt St. Larimore investigated.

Feb. 15, 8:08 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Ryan D. Kelly, 25, Flora, was arrested on a warrant issued from Howard County. Disinger investigated.

Feb. 17, 9:40 a.m. - A vehicle driven by Carl E. Robeson, 63, Camden, struck a parked vehicle and railroad light. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Feb. 16 10:24 p.m. – Battery/disorderly conduct, 500 block N. Washington. Report taken from loud verbal argument outside residence. Kent investigated.

Feb. 16, 11 a.m. – Property damage, US421 near Wabash St. Joseph D. Hoskins, 25, Kokomo, and Russell D. Knowles, 75, North Delphi. Sgt. Brook McCain responded.

Feb. 17, 3:37 p.m. – Criminal mischief, 802 N. Union. Jane Ullery, Delphi, reported gas stolen from her vehicle. Upon investigation, no gas taken, just the gas cap. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.

Feb. 13, 1:05 p.m. – Burglary, 4010S. US421, Bringhurst. Building owned by Patrick Leahy was forcibly entered. Randle investigated.

Feb. 14, 3:27 p.m. – Criminal mischief, 11125 N. Linton Lane, Monticello. Vulgar graffiti was scratched into the side of vehicle owned by Aimee Adkins. Randle investigated.

Feb. 15, 11:30 a.m. – Assisting another agency, Courthouse. Conducted follow-up investigation of a past business burglary in Delphi. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 16, 1:38 a.m. – Intimidation/ resisting law enforcement/disorderly conduct/warrant service, 3350 N. Charlais Circle, Delphi. David R. Budd, 34, Delphi, was arrested after officers responded to domestic dispute. Timothy E. Nelson, 30, Delphi, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
