The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other penalties for convictions related to alcohol or illegal substances: Justin M. Loeffler, 19, Delphi; Brittney Smith, 18, Delphi; Leah B. Lashbrook, 28, Michigantown; Landon M. Egloff, 18, Kokomo; and Perry W. Gipson, 53, Delphi.

Michael L. Compean of Lafayette was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, and one year of unsupervised probation.
