Binkley A morning of inspiration and fellowship for women will be offered at the Ecum enical Women’s Spring Mini- Retreat March 6 from 8 a.m. until noon at the Monticello Christian Church located at the corner of Airport and Gordon Road.

The mini-retreat will feature guest speaker, Char Binkley. Binkley has been a WBCL radio personality since 1976. Before her radio career, she was an elementary school teacher and a college professor.

Her message entitled, “Peek into my Pink Toolbox” will enable women to use their God given tools to build and shape their lives.

Binkley founded Remedy.fm, an internet station for teens, in 2007. The internet station’s phenomenal success has grown to make it a favorite of teens in all 50 states and 94 foreign countries. She continues her talk show on WBCL Radio Network three days a week and balances the responsibilities of wife, media professional, grandmother, speaker and American Bible Society board member.

Registration fee is $5 per person with pre-registration by Feb. 26 or walk-ins at the door are welcome.
