Judgment and decree of foreclosure was set aside and the plaintiff’s complaint of foreclosure mortgage was dismissed without prejudice in PHH Mortgage Corp. vs. Robert T. Kinzer and Hope L. Kinzer.

Diana C. Pedroza, Lafayette, was convicted of forgery. She was sentenced to two years in the Department of Correction, suspended except 16 days, and two years of supervised probation.

Madeline Hawk was released in error on a $5,000 bond. It was set for $20,000. The Howard County Sheriff’s Dept. was ordered to take Hawk into custody and return the full amount of the bond that was posted to the person who posted it.
