According to Tippecanoe County Highway Engineer Opal Kuhl, Pretty Prairie Rd. into Battle Ground in Tippecanoe County, near the Hog Point Bridge over the Tippecanoe River, will be closed beginning today, Wednesday, Feb. 10, during daylight hours only.

Kuhl said trees must be cleared before work can begin on a bridge renovation project scheduled for later this year. She said contractor Jack Isom is working with the Tippecanoe School Corporation to not disrupt school bus routes at this time for the project.
