Residential permits issued during the two-month period were: Clay Twp. – Cathy Weber, 1200 sq. ft. home with garage. Jefferson Twp. – Daryl and Barb Johns, 1,056 sq. ft. compact home; Doug and Sonia Schwartz, 3,201 sq. ft. home; and Tom and Susan McCully- Long, replace with 1,706 sq. ft. home.

Remodeling/non-traditional permits were issued to: Adams Twp. – Jeffrey and Jane Rider, 2 mini-barns/quonset hut. Clay Twp. - Scott and Amanda Skinner, tool shed. Deer Creek Twp. – Goldman and Bedeva Bowling, 14x24 storage; Delphi Community School Corp., 18x20 2-story concessions. Jefferson Twp. – Sharon Middleton, 22x24 garage. Monroe Twp. – Charles and Jinx Anderson, convert garage to room. Tippecanoe Twp. – John and Dina Hamelman, 20x20 carport.

Rebuild/elevate home permits were issued to: Tippecanoe Twp. – John and Wilma Turner, rebuild/elevate existing 1232SF home.

Accessories/non-traditional permits were issued to: Burlington Twp. – Chad and Bonnie Kuns, 44x62 tool shed. Jackson Twp. – Maurice and Janalie Robeson, 576 sq. ft. office building; Nicholas and Autumn Salsbury, 24x32 pole barn. Jefferson Twp. – Gerald and Ann Hanna, grain bin.

Commercial permits issued were: Camden – Camden Jackson Inc., change roof pitch/add porch. Deer Creek Twp. – Woodlawn Rentals Inc., 12x16 utility shed.

Permit violations included: Wabash & Erie Canal Association, 1030 W. Washington St., Delphi.

Investigations included addresses along CR300E. between CR600S. and CR700S.; 8059W. 550S.; CR862W. never platted in plat books or added to 911 digital map.

Flood plain determinations included 15 lots in Camden for grant application.

Four new addresses assigned were John Robert Weston, 6208S. 800W. (Clay Twp.); Eric and Margie Haley, 703E 876N. (Burrows); Daryl and Barb Johns, 7810N. 975W. (Jefferson Twp.) and Doug and Tammy Price, 4500W. 750N. (Rock Creek Twp.).

Certificate of occupancy was issued to Martin and Dannell Smith, 12015 N. Upper Lake Shore Dr., Monticello.

Indiana DNR floodway compliance letters were issued to James and Lisa Schrader, 6587N. 1225 W. Monticello, and Frances Wilber, 11765 Tecumseh Bend Rd., Delphi.

Compliance letters for ICC applicants were August Gleitz III and D. Henderson, 11627 W. Tecumseh Bend Rd.; Connie Foreman, 6765N. 1200W.; and Robert and Kathleen Imhausen, 6357N. 1225W.
