The cause of Judy Ann Burke vs. Rick Dale Hanson has been dismissed.

Jordan O. Stewart, 19, Flora, was convicted of child molesting. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with 33 days credit. He was ordered to register as a convicted sex offender.

Default and agreed judgment entry and decree of foreclosure was granted to the plaintiff in Wells Fargo Bank vs. Phyllis A. Haughs, Chase Bank, Target National Bank and Discover Bank, $90,696.62.
