HSBC filed complaint against Teresa Austin.

Co-Alliance LLP filed complaint against Rob’s Lawn Care Inc.

Billy J. Crosley was charged with intimidation.

Cody M. Harris was charged with operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Andrew S. Cripe was charged with theft.

Eric A. Reese was charged with operating while intoxicated endangering, operating a vehicle with an ACE .08 or more, and illegal consumption.

* * * Matthew R. Shanks, 18, Bringhurst, was convicted of speeding. His driving privileges were suspended for 30 days and he was ordered to pay court costs.

Justin L. Fife, 21, Delphi, was convicted of possession of paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

The following causes brought by the State have been dismissed with prejudice: vs. Michael O. Cobb Jr. of Burlington; vs. Mary K. Giddens of Camden; vs. Christine L. Pullins of Lafayette; vs. Brooke A. Bosley of Flora; vs. Lidia D. Karpinski of Lafayette; vs. Hannah M. Buchanan of Lafayette; vs. Whitney L. Coburn of Lafayette; vs. Brittany A. Wagner, 20, of Lafayette; vs. Dalton L. Hicks of Flora.

Shane Bledsoe, 33, Delphi, was convicted of theft. He was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Neil C. Albee, 39, Delphi, was found not guilty of resisting law enforcement.

Carey L. Huff, 33, Lafayette, was convicted of battery and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

James Huff, 36, Lafayette, was convicted of battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Joseph Collins Jr., 45, Battle Ground, was convicted of public intoxication. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended and 363 days of supervised probation.

Consent judgment of foreclosure on mechanic’s lien was granted to the plaintiff in Engineering Aggregates vs. Arendsen, $54,691.28;

Default judgment has been granted to the plaintiff in: Rabb Water Systems Inc. vs. Shawn and Amy Miller, $1,500; Rabb Water vs. Kimberly Scroggs, $1,500; Robert A. Lucas DDS vs. Julia Sass, $208.01; Robert A. Lucas DDS vs. Julie Holmes, $762.03; Lafayette Account Services vs. Shirley J. Garrison, $1,137.30; Helvey & Assoc. vs. Billie J. Fraker, $1,045.86; Worldwide Asset Purchasing vs. Marty Hodges, $2,154.80; and Valley View Baptist Church vs. Gary and Patty Bosley, $3,500.

The following causes have been dismissed: Credit Acceptance Corp. vs. Joshua McKinzie; Horizon Vet Services vs. Ron Cline; and Robert A. Lucas DDS vs. Terry Wilson.

Default judgment of foreclosure was granted to the plaintiff in Federal Home Loan vs. David W. and Mara D. Matthews, $55,510.56.

Judgment was granted to the plaintiff in Asset Acceptance LLC vs. Edward A. Holderly, $5,736.27.

Judgment was found in favor of the defendant in Billy E. Brantley Sr. vs. Steve Barnard.
