Amanda J. Schultz, 20, Delphi was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. She was sentenced to 365 days in jail, suspended, and 365 days of supervised probation for the first count. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended, and 60 days of supervised probation for the second count.
Benjamin R. Mandley, 18, Flora, was convicted of criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.
Kimberly Woods, 29, West Lafayette, was convicted of nonsupport of a dependent child. She was sentenced to three years in the Department of Correction, suspended, and three years of supervised probation.
Dana L. Snowberger, 32, Delphi, was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and habitual substance offender. He was sentenced to three years in the Department of Correction for the first count. He was sentenced to four years in the DOC, with three and a half years suspended, and three and a half years of supervised probation for the second count.
George E. Trapp, 45, Flora, was convicted of reckless driving. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.
The following cause was dismissed: Lafayette Bank & Trust Company vs. Derrick Guiney and Jennifer Guiney d/b/a Pro Lawn Land Care.

Tania L. Peralta, 41, Los Angeles, Calif. was convicted of operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail, 60 days suspended and one year of supervised probation.
April Field, 35, Kokomo, was convicted of non-support of a dependent child. She was sentenced to three years in the Department of Correction, with two and a half years suspended and two years and 122 days of supervised probation.
Bobby R. Hayes III, Logansport, was ordered to serve 90 days on in-home detention for violating his probation.
Charles R. Flinn, 29, West Lafayette, was convicted of hunting a migratory bird without a harvest information program identification number. He was fined $1 plus court costs.
Donald E. Hickman III, 26, Delphi, was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in the Department of Correction, suspended, and one year of supervised probation for the first count; two years in the IDOC, one year suspended, and one year of supervised probation for the second count and one year in the IDOC, one year suspended and one year of supervised probation for the third count.
Jacobo Sanchez Venegas, 32, Logansport, was convicted of synthetic identity deception. He was sentenced to one and a half years in the Department of Correction.
Eduardo Ponce, 30, Logansport, was convicted of synthetic identity deception. He was sentenced to one year in the Department of Correction.
Donald E. Hickman III, 26, Delphi, was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to one year in the Department of Correction, suspended, and one year of supervised probation and a $400 fine with $100 suspended for the first count; two years in the IDOC, one year suspended, and one year of supervised probation for the second count and one year in the IDOC, one year suspended and one year of supervised probation.
Larry P. Cearing, 28, Monticello, was convicted of driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 158 days suspended, and 158 of supervised probation.
