WALK A MILE IN MY SHOES, Kokomo Rescue Mission’s Winter Walk, will be held Feb. 13. Walk team envelopes fro the event are now available for pick-up at the Mission located a 321 W. Mulberry St., between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Mission’s main entrance. Proceeds from the walk benefit the programs of Open Arms, the Rescue Mission’s ministry to homless women and children. ABC-TV SERIES EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION will chronicle the recent construction of a new home for the Cowan-Brown family of Miami County. “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” rebuilt a new home for Andy and Heather Cowan and their four children, Ryan 16, Trevor 13, Mason 8, and daughter Kori 12, who is battling a congenital blood disease. The show will air at 8 p.m. on Sunday.
