    Carroll School Board met Tuesday night and renewed the contract of Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School principal Charles Huckstep to June 30, 2011.
    For the last several years, Carroll administrator contracts have extended out two years. Last year at this time, the board voted to only extend Huckstep’s contract to June 30, 2010. The rest of the administrators’ contracts extended to June 30, 2011.
    At Tuesday night’s meeting the board voted to not extend any administrator contracts beyond June 30, 2011.  Essentially, the extension time on administrator contracts was shortened by one year, compared to previous practice. 
    A crowd of about 250 attended the meeting in the junior-senior high school auditorium. Six adults and three students spoke in support of renewing Huckstep’s contract.
