Area Plan Commission issued 26 permits in November
The Carroll County Area Plan Commission issued 26 permits during November for improvements amounting to $$635,398.
Residential permits were issued to:
Deer Creek Twp. – Tobe Leazenby, 2-story home; Rick and Deanna Stapleton, 1440SF home and 30x48 storage.
Jefferson Twp. – Doris Calhoun, single story; Kingdon Brady, 2100SF dwelling w/storage.
Remodeling/non-traditional permits were issued to:

Deer Creek Twp. – Eric and Leann Turrill, storage bldg.; Richard and Karen Stewart, storage; James and Shellia Langsdorf, pole barn; Edward and Donna Sholty, storage barn; Bobbie and Vera Marcum, barn addition.
Democrat Twp. – David and Carey Dishon, utility shed.
Jackson Twp. – Daniel and Tara Shanks, storage bin and John and Janice Wagner, pole barn.
Jefferson Twp. – Douglas Hines, decks and utility shed; Robert and Joan Cunningham, storage; Debra Huffer, garage/addition; Ken and Laura Slouber, room addition and John Robert and Robert Reed Scott, shed addition.
Monroe Twp. – Earl and Janet McIlrath, storage/ext. roofline.
Rebuild/elevate home permits were issued to:
Tippecanoe Twp. – G.A. and Elizabeth Rimert, 1049SF home, 1236SF home and 936SF home; Kathryn Davis, 832SF home and Dennis Kellar, 1120SF home. A commercial permit was issued to Arthur Segal, office building, Tippecanoe Twp.

Total value of permits issued in November was $635,398. Total money received from permits was $2,139. Total money collected was $2,189 for a total of $26,486 this year.
