The Carroll County Board of Zoning unanimously approved a onefoot setback on each side of a property located at 10558N C&C Beach Dr. (L-1 Appeals) at the Nov 24 meeting. Doug and Sonia Schwartz will build a new home on the parcel.

The area plan commission meeting was cancelled.

Next APC meeting will be Dec 22 at 7 p.m. if needed.
