Coomler and Forrest Cougar for the Month at Carroll Elementary is Megan Coomler who teaches kindergarten. She was nominated by Payton Forrest who wrote, “She is nice and sweet but most of all she is a terrific teacher. She is excellent at math, science, and drawing. Mrs. Coomler is the best!”

The Cougar of the Month program is designed to encourage youth to nominate a staff member for recognition. One letter, written by the student, is selected each month. Both student and teacher are recognized and receive a gift for being selected.
