Richard Perez was charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Jason R. Elliott was charged with OWI-endangering and operating vehicle with an ACE of .15 or more.

Ronnie J. Babcock was charged with battery.

Kevin R. Riley, 46, Monticello, was convicted of battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Darren R. Ward, 43, Delphi, was convicted of public intoxication. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with all but 20 days suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Colton Creasy was convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person and illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with all of but 120 days suspended, and 245 days of supervised probation. His driver’s license was suspended for one and one-half years.

Douglas E. Ellison, 40, Lafayette, was convicted of driving while suspended. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Bradley J. Bolinger, 28, Delphi, was ordered to have his driving privileges suspended for two years. The court stayed one year of the suspension and granted the defendant probationary driving privileges for a period of one year following the one year suspension for employment purposes.

The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other penalties for convictions related to alcohol or illegal substances: Jeffrey L. Strain, 20, Burnettsville; Brandon C. Kelly, 27, Flora; Floyd A. Kinnaird, 33, Delphi; Michole D. Boillat, 21, Brownsburg; Joseph Perez, 57, Delphi; James D. Roberts, 49, Eaton Rapids, Mich.; Jonathan S. Rivers, 21, Indianapolis; Matthew A. Overman, 19, Kokomo; Robert J. Martin, 32, (2 counts); Diana L. Pool, 59, Monticello; Chad M. Shaffer, 29, Bringhurst; Deborah L. Spear, 43; Kenneth G. Couch, 56, Delphi; Robert E. James III, 19, Delphi; Martin Hernandez, 30, Walton; Royce A. Smith, 40; Scot F. Lear, 48, Idaville; and Juan G. Regalado, 22, Frankfort.

Michael T. Martin, 32, was convicted of receiving stolen property and admitted being an habitual substance offender. He was sentenced to six years in the Department of Correction, two years and 215 days suspended, and two years and 215 days of supervised probation.

Paul W. Kruk, 28, Delphi, was convicted of two counts of domestic battery. He was sentenced to three years in the Department of Correction, two years suspended, and two years of supervised probation for the first count and two years in the IDOC, one year suspended, and one year of supervised probation for the second count.

Marlaina D. Lybrook, 20, Flora, was convicted of aiding, causing or inducing auto theft and theft. She was sentenced to one and one-half years in the Department of Correction, one year suspended, and one year of supervised probation for the first count and one and onehalf years in the IDOC, suspended, and one and one-half years of supervised probation for the second count.

Billy R. Davis, 21, Cutler, was convicted of two counts of theft. He was sentenced to three years in the Department of Correction, 915 days suspended, and two years of supervised probation for each count.

Linda D. Coffey, 47, Idaville, was convicted of operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator. She was sentenced to two years in the Department of Correction, one and one-half years suspended, and one and one-half years of supervised probation.

Tracey L. Claxton, 41, Bringhurst, was convicted of domestic battery. She was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Lee M. Couch, 36, Lafayette, was convicted of criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Billie Ann Brown, 34, Flora, was convicted of domestic battery. She was sentenced to one year in the Department of Correction with all but 48 days suspended and 317 days of supervised probation.

Gabriel K. Kane, 20, Delphi, was convicted of resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

Lisa D. Brooks, 45, Flora, was convicted of maintaining a common nuisance and taking a minor to a nuisance. She was sentenced to one year in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation for each count.

Paul W. Kruk, 28, Delphi, was convicted of two counts of domestic battery. He was sentenced to three years in the Department of Correction, two years suspended, and two years of supervised probation for the first count and two years in the IDOC, one year suspended, and one year of supervised probation for the second count.

Anthony J. Snyder Jr., 20, was convicted of criminal mischief, but mentally ill. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, suspended, and one year of supervised probation.

David H. Wills, 20, of Kokomo was convicted of theft and inhaling toxic vapors. He was sentenced to three years in the Department of Correction, two years suspended, and two years of supervised probation for the first count and 180 days in the IDOC, suspended, and 180 days of supervised probation for the second count.

Aja J. Hiatt Mallory was convicted of four counts of check deception. She was sentenced 90 days in jail, suspended, and one year of probation for each count.

The following causes have been dismissed with prejudice: Jacob W. Bledsoe, Don E. Spray and Bradley S. Ayres.

Charles R. Tucker, 40, Brookston, was convicted of interference with the reporting of a crime. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail, suspended, and 180 days of supervised probation.
