APC issues 34 permits in October
The Carroll County Area Plan Commission issued 34 permits during October for improvements amounting to $962,400.
Residential permits were issued to:
Burlington Twp. – Gabe Unger, compact home.
Clay Twp. – Gerald and Loretta Flora, compact home.
Jefferson Twp. – Jerry and Jill Smit.
Remodeling/non-traditional permits were issued to:
Adams Twp. – Steve Holcomb, lean-to.
Burlington Twp. – David and Tami Arnett, pole barn and Crossroads Community Christian Church, pavilion.
Clay Twp. – Gordon and Sandra Cripe, addition and Lloyd and Patricia Van- Hoosier, replace burned 12x70 home.
Deer Creek Twp. – Guadalupe Martinez, storage; Samantha and Jose Reyes, addition; and John and Michelle Rouhier, storage.
Delphi – George and Diana Marshall, carport; Delphi Housing Inc., storage; and Michael and Lora Sales, storage building.
Democrat Twp. – Arlene Gangwer Trust, rebuild 40x60 tool shed.
Jackson Twp. – Deer Creek LLC, shed addition; Lee and Paula Sue Hoard, room addition; and Ronald and Donna Swayze, 60,000-bushel grain bin.
Jefferson Twp. – Ralph Ramirez, addition; Ron and Marcia Eaton, add second floor to existing structure; Robert and Kathryn Haab, covered porch; and Ivan Scott, storage barn.
Monroe Twp. – Evan and Dorothy Flora, 37,000-bushel grain bin.
Tippecanoe Twp. – Leon and Faith Smart, garage addition, and Michael and Carol Wills, add second story to existing structure.
Rebuild/elevate home permits were issued to:
Tippecanoe Twp. – Lisa and James Schrader, Keith and Vicky Schrader, Michael Reed, Shari Schap, and Robert and Joan Nash.
The following commercial permits were issued:
Camden – Fite & Day Storage LLC, storage.
Clay Twp. – E&P LLC, 40,000-bushel grain bin.
Delphi – Carroll Title Services, 6’x6’ advertising sign, and Save-A-Lot Grocery Store, 8’x10’ advertising sign.
Six project construction status inquires were made: Michael Luse, 11259 W. Tecumseh Bend Rd.; Stephen Zink, 11256 W. Horseshoe Bend Rd.; Vicky Appleton, 11725 W. Tecumseh Bend Rd.; Milissa Leake, John Parker III, 6477N. 1225 W.; Shair Schap, 6595N. 1225W.; and Debra S. Walker, 11794 W. Horseshoe Bend Rd.
Ordinance violations were issued to: Kenneth and Janice Davidson, 10897 N. Lower Lake Shore Dr.; Jefferson Twp.; Doug Hines, 164 W. South St., Yeoman; and Camp Mac Properties, Tim Mc- Cormick, 6505N. 1225W., Monticello.
Ordinance determinations made were 538W. 150N., Camden, parcelization, and 1240W. 250N., cemetery.
Total money received from permits was $2,777.
Total money collected was $3,422, with the total for the year, $24,297.
