Commissioners considering wind energy ordinance

The Carroll County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on the proposed Wind Energy Conversion Systems Ordinance at their meeting on Nov. 16. The hearing will begin at 9 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room located on the second floor of the county courthouse in Delphi.

Written objections may be filed with the Carroll County auditor before the hearing and will be considered at that time.
