Students at Delphi Community Elementary School celebrated Red Ribbon Week Oct. 27-30 with various activities. The theme was “I’ve Got Better Things To Do Than Drugs!”
Students participated by making posters outside the classroom explaining what they are interested in instead of drugs. They also dressed up every day of the week with each day representing a different theme.
Members of DCHS SADD spoke with students on Oct. 28 about their various interests in activities and sports and also to read to them.
DCES students from four different classes and school counselor Natalie Betz ended the week by assisting Phil Austin with a landscaping project.
