CARROLL COUNTY REPUBLICAN WOMEN will have their holiday meeting at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 16 at Carroll Manor. Guests are welcome and the meal is catered. PROMOTING WILDCAT VALLEY will meet on Nov 12 in the social room of the Cutler Presbyterian Church at 7 p.m. Anyone interested in preserving the area and the history of the area is invited to attend.

Carroll County Master Gardeners Club is hosting a PRESENTATION ON BEES by Master Gardener Diane Wheeler at 7 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Flora Community Center, 115 N. Division St., Flora. Refreshments will be provided. The presentation is open to all interested persons.
SPOTLIGHT ON CERAMICS exhibit, sponsored by the Delphi Preservation Society, will open Nov. 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Opera House Gallery of Contemporary Art in Delphi. Raku and other ceramic works by artists Angie Peterson and Diana May will be featured. The gallery will begin its extended holiday hours.
CARROLL COUNTY EXTENSION SERVICE OPEN HOUSE will be held Saturday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the 4-H Community Building in Flora. A breakfast will be served for a donation. A NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH meeting with presentation by Carroll County Sheriff Tony Burns will be held Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. at the Deer Creek Community Center. The community is invited to attend.

An educational program entitled WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW TO RUN FOR AN ELECTED OFFICE? will be held Nov. 19 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Richter Room at the Flora-Monroe Public Library. Sponsored by Leadership Carroll County, the informational session will be moderated by LCC committee member Todd Ladd. All interested persons are invited to attend this non-partisan event.
